How Many API Calls Do I Get Per Month

The Scops API is not billed per API call. It’s billed on the number of individual users you request insight on each month.

We chose to bill this way so that you can receive free updates on each user throughout the month and so that it’s easier for you to financially  plan.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO

PAYMENT

  • Subscription payments for the pre-start, startup & growth plans can be made via all major credit or debit cards (Processed by stripe).
  • If you are based in the UK and you are on the start-up plan or higher you may also pay via Direct Debit.

REFUND POLICY

  • Our Startup & Growth plans are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. Basically if the quality of our profiles didn’t meet your expectations, contact us within the first 30 days of your contract and we will refund any money you have paid so far.
  • Please Note: We do not offer a money back guarantee for our Pre Start plans.

BASIC SLA

  • In Short: We agree to use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum and aim to keep an uptime figure of above 99% each month.
  • If we fail to meet this target we will issue a proportionate discount off your total bill for that month.
  • In the extremely unlikely case we have 15% downtime in any calendar month (we currently have 99.9% uptime) we will automatically refund your total monthly fee for that month.
